SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: We, J.T.M. INVESTMENTS,
a joint venture,
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
H. L. ROBINSON and PATRICIA S. ROBINSON, his wife
to
J.T.M. INVESTMENTS, a joint venture
bearing date the 10 day of March~ 1969, recorded in~Official
Recorda Book 179 at page 251 , in t e o fice of the Clerk of the
Circ~,it Court.of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing_a '

thereof on file in Plat Book 14, at p~ge 34, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby
directs the Cle=k of said Circuit Court to cancel the same o: record.
