THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED Made and executed the 2nd day of April, ~
A.D. 1979, by EDWARD MULHALL, JR., a married adult, hereinafter called the ~ f
grantor, to GRESNBRIAR, INC., a Florida corporation, whose postoffice ad-
dress is 7101 Road 117, Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81b01, hereinafter calle d
the grantee: ,
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
~$10.00 and other good and valuable cops~derations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, con-
veys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
