This cause having come to be heard upon the Motions of
the Plaintiff to tax costs against the Defendants and to determine ;
reasonable attorney's fees, and the Court having considered such
Motion, the Affidavits filed on behalf of the respective parties ~

and the argument of counsel, it is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Plaintiff shall recover froaa the Defendants David =

Michael Sedlik and Bonnie Lou Sedlik, his wife, and Paul E. Ranes ~
f
' and Barbara H. Rgnes, his wife for costs incurred in this cause in the `
E
t amount of $315.49, whidh sum shall be added to the obligations '
~
; previously detenained by this Court to be subject to the vendor's
~ lien on the real property which was the subject matter of this cause
~ .
~ in favor of the Plaintiff; shall bear interest at the legal rate of
~ -
8$ per anum from this date until paid; and shall be due and payable
45 days after the Plaintiff clears title to the real property which
~
~ was the subject matter of this cause as required in the Final Judg-
~
~ ment ente=ed herein or be paid from the proceeds of a clerk's sale in ~
~
? accordance with FS45.031, if the same occurs under the terms of the
'f Final Judgment entered herein. ~

2. The Plaintiff is hereby awarded her attorney's fees in _
;
~ the total amount of $2,624.00, which sum includes the sum of $2,400.00
~
~ to her counsel of record and the swa of $224.00 for counsel employed
~
~ in the State of Oregon for taking a deposition which was used at trial,
~
~
