Conference,pursuant to RuYe 1.200, Fla. R. Civ. P., the following. ~
proceedings were had: •
Upon agreement of the parties the Court finds,

f before commencement of the trial; this time can be extended.by

and documentary evidence prior to trial by filing same with the
Clerk of the Court and furnishing a copy to all opposing counsel '
