P., the following. ~ proceedings were had: • Upon agreement of the parties the Court finds, : ' 1. Each party shall have three (3) perenptory ~ : f t challanges. I ~ 2. Discovery shall remain open until five (5) days f before commencement of the trial; this time can be extended.by ~ ! { the Court upon showing of proper cause by either party. ~ 3. Each party may supplement his list of witnesses and documentary evidence prior to trial by filing same with the Clerk of the Court and furnishing a copy to all opposing counsel ' ~ p~. days prior to the co~encement of trial.
