THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the application
of MAItGARET LUCILLE DAV~S for a Restraining Order as prayed for in
the Motion for Temporar~ Restraining Order; and it appearing to
the Court that from the sworn testimony of MARGARET LUCILLE DAVIS
that the Respondent, CHARLES EDt~ARD DAVIS, has threatened and
utilized physical force against her, that the Wife is fearful that
the Husband will do bodily injury to herself, that the Wife is
without funds to post a bond, and that the Court being more fully
advised, it is, upon consideration,
j ORDERED that you, CHARLES EDWARD DAVIS, be, and you are
~ hereby enjoined, restrained and prohibited from harassing MARGARET
~ ' LUCILLE DAVIS or approaching her in an unrully manner at all times
~ and places. It is further
ORDERED that you, CHARLES EDWARD DAVIS, be, and you are
hereby prohibited from physically threatening the [+life and oro-
F hibited from coming near or entering the residence located at 4751
~ San Diego Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
