recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of

conveyed unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION~ A Florida Corporation and assig~s, the
pramises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
(5450~000.00) Four Nundred Fifty Thousand and NO/100 DOLLARS,
with interest as therein mentioned:

of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, dces remise,
release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and ope~ation of said
mortgage unto the said HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS, a General Florida Partnership;
