Such provisions a4 are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20, 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender aqree that all
references to the Property~ ~arower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defir?ed herein. Boirower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provi~ons
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.

ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender f~lrther covenant and acRee

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boaower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes statinq that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount bf the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the secwity of this Mortgage~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ NONE _
