WARRANTY DEED ~4' ~
THIS INDENTURE, made this 2nd day of May , A.D., 1979,
between CHARLES HENRY DOW of the Cownty of Polk in the State of
Florida, party of the first part, and MABEL DOW PINSON, 3506 Lakeland ;
Hills Boulevard, Lakeland, Florida 33801, and MELVIN WESLEY DOW,

WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and =
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable ~
eonsideration, to him in hand paid by the said parties of the second ;
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained ~

title to said land, and will defend the.same against the lawful claims
