Mortgagor expressly agrees to comply with each and every provision
of the Declaration of Condominium and all Amendments thereto•which _
the instant unit is a part of. This includes the provisions of
the Articles of Incorporation of the condominium association,

By-Laws, and includes, if applicable, the provisions of the long
term lease (if any). In the event of default on the part of the
