The purpose of this assignment is to vest ownership of the
undivided three one-fifth(1/5) interests owned by the partis -
of the first part in and to the aforsaid mortgage deed'-into
the party of the second part in effect reversing the action
of that certain assignment of mortgage as recorded in O.R.Book 284
page 2848 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
with regards to the parties herein.
