in favor of Harris Construction Corporation

St .Lucie County, Flonda, upon the folloroing described piece or parcel of land, situate and
being in said County and State, to-wit: as more particularly described in tale
aforesaid mortgage deed. -
The purpose of this assignment is to vest ownership of the un-
divided one-fifth(1/5) interest owned by the party of the first
part in and to the aforesaid mortgage deed into th>8 party of the
second part, in effect reversing the action of that certain
assignment of mortgage as recorded in O.R.Book 284, at page 2848,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; with regards
to the parties herein.
