PETITION TO AUTHORIZE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
The Personal Representative, joined by her undersigned
attorneys, petitions this Honorable Court for the entry of an
Order authorizing the sale of certain real property owned by the
estate and would show as•grounds therefore:
1. That at the time of death -the decedent was the owner
of real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, more fully
described in the Deposit Receipt Agreement attadhed hereto.
2. That HENRY MEYER has offered to purchase this prop-
erty from the estate for the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred
($3,500.00) Dollars, as per the terms and conditions of the at-
tached Agreements.

3. This- offer represents a-fair and reasonable price

for same.

4. That your Petitioner has secured the consent of all

interested parties in this estate to this sale, which consents are
~ filed in this cause. .
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays this Honorable•Court
enter its Order authorizing the sale of the decedent's interest in
said real property, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the
Deposit Receipt Agreement..
