This cause came on to be heard before me upon the sworn
Petition of the Personal Representative, for authorization to sell
certain real property owned by the decedent, and the Court having
_ examined the pleadings, noted the consent of the interested par-
ties and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

and the same is hereby granted.
2. That ROBERTA BINDER, as Personal Representative of
the above Estate, is hereby authorized to convey the .following
real property:

cording to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 12,
Page 12A of the Public Records of 6t. Lucie
County, Florida.
to HENRY MEYER, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the De-
posit Receipt Agreement filed in this cause.
