This matter coming on this day to be heard from the report of the examining committee heretofore appointed
by this Court and from the evidence introduced at the hearing on the petiticn heretofore filed in this Court, and it
appearing to the satisfaction of this Court that HETTY CUB•BAGE
the person now under investigation, is incompetent by reason of_ se nilit_y, physical deterioration,
inability to manage her own affairs.
