The Petitioner, RUTH HELEN SCHEER, alleges:
1. Petitioner has-an interest in the above estate as the
surviving devisee under the Will. Petitioner's name and address
are RUTH HELEN SCHEER, 171 Main Street, Spotswood, PJew Jersey
08884, and-the name and address of Petitioner's attorney are
set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, LILLIAN E. BAQUE, a/k/a ELIZABETH L. BAQUE,
whose last known address was 814 Camino Street, Port St. Lucie,
Florida, and whose age was 83, and whose social security number
is 138-38-4119, died March 23, 1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the name of the beneficiary of this i
estate, the address and relationship to decedent, and the age,
if a minor, is:
