6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are real property and stock in the approximate
amount of $41,536.12.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codi-
cil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated December
16, 1963, is in the possession of the Court or accompanies this
Petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be admitted
to probate and that RUTH HELEN SCHEER be appointed personal
representative of_the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief. _
