FOURTH: I give all my personal effects, such as jewelry,

FIFTH: Should my wife, VIRGINIA M. MOOREFIELD, fail to
survive me, I give my home located at 202 N.E. Surrey Street, Port

SIXTH: If my wife, VIRGINIA M. MOOREFIELD, survives me,~I
give the sum of SIXTY THOUSAND ($60,000.00) DOLLARS to the FIRST
NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF STUART, Stuart, Florida, as Trustee,
in trust, upon the following terms and conditions:
A. During. the lifetime of•my wife, VIRGINIA M. MOOREFIELD,
my Trustee
1. Shall pay to or for the benefit of my wife the net
income therefrom;
2. May, in its sole discretio:t, pay to or for the bene-
fit of my said wife any•part or all of the principal
of this Trust if, in the opinion of my Trustee, ~
the income of my wife from all sources, including
from this Trust, is insufficient to maintain her,
standard of living equal to that to which she has ~
accustomed during our marriage.

B. Upon the death of my wife, VIRGINIA M. MOOREFIELD, my
Trustee shall pay and distribute any and all of the remaining princi-
pal of this Trust to my son, HUGH ALAN MOOREFIELD. - -
SEVENTH: I give all money in excess of the SIXTY THOUSAND
4 ($60,000.00) DOLLARS required to fund the Trust set forth in ARTICLE
SIXTH hereof, which remains in my estate after payment of all debts,
expenses of administration and expenses of last illness and burial,

EIGHTH: I give the residue of my estate to my wife,
VIRGINIA M. MOOREFIELD, if she survives me. Should my wife, VIRGINIA
M. MOOREFIELD, fail to survive me, I give the residue of my estate
