NINTH: In the event that my son, HUGH ALAN MOOREFIELD,
fails to survive me, I give the shares to which he would have been .
entitled had he survived me, to my following named grandchildren: -
(A) RAFER DEWITT SCHIECR, presently residing at
3960 N.W. 101 3rd Drive, Coral Springs,
Florida 33060;
(B) I.AILA MOOREFIELD, presently residing`at

'PENTH: If any principal of my estate shall become distri-
butable to a minor, my personal representative may in its absolute
discretion pay over such principal at-any time to the guardian of
the property of such minor, or retain the same for such minor during
minority. In .case of such retention, my personal representative may
apply such principal and the income therefrom to the support, main-
tenance, and education of such minor, either directly or by payment
to the guardian of the property or person-of such minor, or to the
person with whom such minor may reside, in any case without requiring
any bond. The receipt of any such person shall be a complete dis-
charge to my personal representative and my personal representative

shall not be bound to see to the application of any such payment:

- Any unapplied principal and income shall be=paid over to such legatee

upon attaining majority, or if such legatee shall die before attaining
majority, to the estate of such legatee. In holding any funds for
any minor, my personal representative shall have all the powers and
discretions hereinafter conferred upon it.
ELEVENTH: I intentionally omit and do not provide in this
Will for any other relatives of mine not specifically named herein.
TWELFTH: If my wife and I die under circumstances giving
rise to any question as to which of us died first, it shall be con-

elusively presumed that my said wife survived me and my estate shall
be administered accordingly. Such presumption shall also apply with

respect to any property, real or personal, held by us either jointly
