as tenants by the entirety, or otherwise.
THIRTEENTH: I name THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST
COMPANY OF STUART, Stuart,•Florida, as Trustee of the Trust created .
in and by this Will and as Executor of this Will.
FOURTEENTH: I hereby waive compliance by my Trustee or its
successor with the provisions of Chapter 737, Florida Statutes as
it now exists or as it may hereafter be amended, and I further waive .
compliance with any other law now or hereafter in effect requiring
qualification, administration, or filing of accountings by my Trustee
to any Court.- ~ '
My Trustee, or its successor, shall have all the rights,
duties,-powers and responsibilities granted to testamentary Trustees,
under. the Uniform Principal and Income Law, Chapter 690, Florida Sta-
tutes, as those Statutes presently exist and as they may be amended
from time to time.
FIFT$BNTH: My Executor and my Trustee are empowered to
do all things necessary or convenient -for the-orderly and efficient
administration of my estate and the Trusts created by this Will, and
generally to have, manage and control my said estate and Trusts as
fully as I might, if living, do. myself with respect to my own property
-without limiting the general grant of power by the following enumera- .
tion, my Executor and Trustee, or any substitute or successor, sriall
have the following rights, powers and discretions without obtaining
Court permission or approval:
~ (a) To receive, hold, maintain, administer, collect,
invest and reinvest said estate and Trust estate,
and collect and apply the income, profits, and
principal thereof pursuant to the terms of this ,
instrument; f

(b) To compromise, settle or abandon claims in favor
of or against my estate or Trust estate;
~ (c) To sell, mortgage, pledge, lease or convey real
or personal property, for such prices, for such
purposes, in such manner, publicly or privately,
without notice to anyone, and upon such terms
. and conditions as may appear to be proper, and
to execute all instruments necessary to effect
the authority herein granted;

(d) To borrow money upon such terms and conditions
as may appear to be proper;. ~
