I, PAUL JOSEPH WEIhBACHER, of St. Lucie County, gloridar;

do hereby make, publish and declare this•to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
II.
I direct that my remains be cremated. '
IZI.
I devise any automobile owned by me at the time of my
death, to my niece, LUCIA (LALLY) MARSHALL, 3686 S.W. 23~d Street,
Miami, Florida, 33145, should she survive me.
IV.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both-
` real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or hereafter
acquired by me, I devise, in equal shares, to my stepson, DONALD ~
EUGENE BELL, and my stepdaughter-in-law, MARGARET BELL, 1719 Miami
~ Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, or to the survivor thereof.

Should my stepson and stepdaughter-in-law both predecease
me, I devise said residue of my estate, in equal shares? to my sons,
WILLIAM THOMAS WEILBACHER, Ruskin, Florida; JOIiN YOUNG, Denver,

Colorado; and JOSEPH YOUNG, Corpus Christi, Texas, per capita.
