FRANK GOULD, a resident of and domiciled in the County of
Florence, State of South Carolina, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills
and Codicils at any time heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I
I direct my Executor hereinafter named, to pay out of my
estate all of my 3ust debts and expenses ofi my last illness,
funeral and burial in such amount as may be deemed proper, without
regard to any limitation imposed by law or rule of court, as soon
after my death as may be practical.
ARTICLE II .
For reasons personal to myself, I have made no provision in
this my Last Will and Testament for my daughter, BETTY JANE GOULD.
ARTICLE III
I give, devise and bequeath to my brother, KINGDON GOULD,
presently residing in Dallas, Texas, the sum of Three Thousand and

No/100 Dollars ($3,000.00), provided, however, that if said brother
does not survive me, such sum shall be included in the residuary of
my estate and distributed therefrom according to the terms and E
conditions of this, my Last Will and Testament.
ARTICLE IV
All the rest, residue and remainder of m .estate bo h r al

and personal, of every name, nature and kind whatsoever, and

wheresoever t_he same may be situated, including any legacy or devise
herein made which may lapse, or be invalid, or for any reason fail

to take effect, and including all property over which I have any
power of appointment, or disposal which I shall not have otherwise
exercised or released, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my
