. I, WILLIAM R. NOYES, domiciled and residing in St. Lucie
County, Florida, beinq•of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this writing as
and for My Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and cancelling
all other and former ~T3:lls and Codicils heretofore made by me. -
FIRST: I order and direct that my Personal Representative,
hereinafter named, shall first pay and discharge all of my lawful.

THIRD: I hereby constitute and appoint my wife, LUCY I.

the proper discharge of her duties as such Personal Representative.
