I, MAUDE E. VAIL, a resident of the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative
to pay out of my estate all of my just debts, including the expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses~as soon as practicable after
my death.
SECOND: I give and bequeath the following:
A. To my grandson, AUGUST C. PEARSON, JR., the sum of
ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00) DOLLARS;
B. To my granddaughter, SUSAN ELIZABETH PEARSON, the sum

of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00) COLLARS;
C. To my granddaughter, AUDREY PEARSON, the sum of ONE
