• FOURTH: I give and devise all household
furniture and furnishings and all other tangible personal property
located'in the home in which I am living at the time of my death
to my daughter, ANNE V. MEEKS, to be-hers absolutely.,
FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath the -
rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and 'personal,
wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the execution
of this Will, including any life insurance payable to my estate,
to my daughters, ANNE V. MEEKS and JOAN V. PEARSON, in equal shares,
share and share alike, per stirpes.
SIXTH: I hereby nominate, constitute, and
appoint my daughter, ANNE V. MEEKS, Personal Representative of this,
my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, to serve without bond. I expressly- con
t
fer upon said Personal Representative full authority and power to '
sell and convey any part or all of said estate at public or private
sale, with or without notice, as she may deem best and without any
j order of Court. I authorize and empower said Personal Representative
to make good and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hol
the proceeds of any sale to the same use as hereinbefore declared
in the several items of this, my Will. I further hereby expressly
confer upon said Personal .Representative the authority and power tot
borrow money for the use of my estate in any instance where she may

think it necessary and proper, and to secure in mortgage or any- i ,

' other form of security.

be disqualified or unwilling or unable to act as my Personal Repre-
sentative, whether before or after entering upon her duties, then I~
