the incompetent is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
8. ROGER JEWE'!'T a resident of Lake Jem, Lake County,
Florida, is sui juris and otherwise qualified under the laws
of Florida to-act as qu~rdian of the person and property of
the incompetent, and is entitled to preference because he is
a nephew of the incompetent and has been nomipated in writing
to serve by the above-named brothers and sister of the incom-
petent.
9. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the
information required by Florida law and the applicable Florida
Rules of Probate and Guardianship Procedure that is not set
forth in full above cannot be ascertained without. delay that .
