ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of ROGER JEWETT for the appointment of
a guardian of the person and property of Hetty Cubbage, coming
on this day to be heard and it appearing to the court that
said person is~incompetent because of senility, physical deter-
ioration, and inability to manage her own affairs, and that
it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed; and the court
having jurisdiction and being fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that ROGER JEWETT is hereby appointed as -

guardian of the person and property of Hetty Cubbage, incom-
