It is agreed.that the sand mortgagee ,may pay any soma of money that should have been
paid by the mortgagor ,under the oovenanta herein contained, and all such moneys ao paid
ahaA bear interest at the rate of per cent per annum from date ao paid, and shat;
be secured by the iien of this mortgage; but no payment by the mortgagee of any sum of
money as herein provided shall be deemed a waiver of .~A3 right to declare the principal
sum due by reason of the default, breach, or violation of the mortgagor , as herein apeeified.
