BEFORE ME, the undersigned notary public, personally

appeared EDWARD J. KENNEDY, who upon his oath deposes and says:
1. -That he is a practicing attorney and a member in
good standing with the Florida Bar.
2. That he prepared a certain Warranty Deed between

LANDMARK INVESTMENTS COMPANY OF BROWARD, INC., to DR. R. A.

SWIEZY, dated June 9, 1977, filed for record June 14, 1977, and
recorded in the Public Records of St._Lucie County, Florida,
conveying real property more particularly described as:
"Lots 5 and 6, Block 614, PORT ST. LUCIE,
SECTION THIRTEEN, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages -
4 and 4A through 4M, of the Public Records
' of St. Lucie County, Florida."
3. That the above-described Warranty Deed. indicated
that RICHARD FLANZBAUM executed said Warranty Deed on behalf of

,LANDMARK INVESTMENTS COMPANY OF BROWARD, INC., but omitted his

4. Upon his personal knowledge, the affiant hereby

states that at the time of execution of that Warranty Deed

~ described above, RICHARD FLANZBAUM was the President of LANDMARK

j INVESTMENTS COMPANY OF BROWARD, INC.

5. This Affidavit has been prepared in order that the
above-described Warranty Deed comply with Chapter 692, Florida
Statutes .
