PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate,
alleges: ~
1. The decedent, NINA M.~ GILBERT, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on June 27, 1978, and Letters of Administra-
tion were issued to Petitioner on July 20, 1978.
2. 'Petitioner files herewith either a Final Accounting contain-
. ing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the
commencement of administration of this estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making pay-
.
ment, settlement, or other disposition~of all claims and debts
that were presented, or by paying or making provision for the payment
. of all taxes and expenses-of administration. The amount of compensa-
tion either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives,
i
attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents, employed by the
~ personal representative is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. t
~ 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns, with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of ?
the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both
Federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the

6. The only persons, other than petitioner having an interest
