+ I, ALICE M. FRED, domiciled in and a resident -
t
of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby make, publish •
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, and
hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils here-
tofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay, out 4
of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, including
the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I~give and bequeath all of my shares
of stock which I may own at the time of my death as fo1-
lows:
Fifty percent (5086) thereof equally to the
children living at the date of my death of
my deceased sister, CAROLINE M. GALE; and
f Fifty percent (5096) thereof to my sister,
HAZEL M. GREENWOOD, provided that is she.
e does not survive me, then her share shall
go instead equally to her children living
at the date of my death.
• CLAUSE III: •All of the rest, residue and re-

mainder of my estate, real and personal, wherever situate
and whether acquired before or after the execution of this
Will, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, JANE F.
HENRY; provided, however, that if she does not survive me,
