sister, CAROLINE M. GALE; and

Fifty percent (5096) thereof to my sister,
HAZEL M. GREENWOOD, provided that if she
- does not survive me, then her share shall
go instead equally to her children living
at the date of my death.
- CLAUSE IV: I name and appoint my daughter,
JANE F. I~N17Y, as Executrix of this Will, to serve with- - }
out bond, and in the event she shall die, resign or be
unable for any-reason to act as such, then I name and ap-
point my nieces, MARY G. HURLEY and KATHRYN G. WREN, as
Co-Executrices, both to serve .without bond.
My Executrices are invested with full power
and authority to sell, convey, transfer and assign any
and all personal property and real estate belonging to

my estate.
