EDNA M YORK ,
INCOMPEfiENT.
PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the person and prop-
erty of Edna M. York, incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardian-
ship no longer exists by reason of the fact that the incompetent
died at Hobe Sound, Martin Couaty, Florida, on March 11, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing
a full and correct account of all receipts and disbursements
of all the ward's property of which petitioner has control
since the last return filed herein, if any, or from the commence-
ment of the administration of this guardianship if no prior
return has been filed, which return includes a statement of the
ward's assets.
II 3. Petitioner represents that ORANGE F. YORK and
ROGENIA YORK BARNETT have filed their Waiver of Notice and
Consent to Discharge of Guardian herein.
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be en-
tared approving all accountings not previously approved and
~ etitioner as ardian and releasing the surety
discharging p ~
on petitioner's bond, if any, from further liability.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY I DECLARE THAT I HAVE READ
THE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE BEST OF
