ROBERT V. MELLEFONT, being first duly sworn, on oath,
deposes and says:
(1) .Affiant is well acquainted with Virginia M. Moorefield,
having known her for years.
(2) Affiant knows of his own knowledge that Virginia M.
Moorefield was formerly known as Virginia M. Mellefont, and also
as Virginia R. Mellefont, and so signed legal documents from time
to time.
(3) Affiant further knows of his own knowledge that
Virginia M. Moorefield, formerly Virginia M. Mellefont, was likewise
known as Virginia R. Moorefield, and sometimes signed legal documents
as such. •
(4) Affiant knows of his own knowledge that when reference
is made to Virginia R. Mellefont or Virginia M. 1?ie~llefont,• such
reference is to one and the same person, and that when reference is
made to Virginia M. Moorefield and to Virginia R. Moorefield, such
reference is to .one and the same person.
Affiant says nothing further.
