RIDER TO WARRANTY DEED FROM GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO
GEORGE W. SOMMER and BARBARA A. SOMMER, his wife
This Deed is subject to the further restriction that the
premises shall be used for the sole purpose of a warehouse and
other uses permitted under restrictions of record, and any
modification. or change in such use will require the consent
and approval of Seller.
Which later restrictions shall remain in full force and effect
for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of recording of s
this deed.
