That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration to the sum of Ten v
Bollars and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the
said Party(s) of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has j
granted, bargained and sold to said Party(s) of the Second Part, heirs and assigns '
forever, the following described real property, located and situated in the County
of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows: `
Condominium Parcel No. 3644 of BEACHTREE I CLUSTER as per
the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Record Book 296, pages 1438 throug}~ 1510, as Amended by Cert-
ificate of Amendment recorded in Official Record Book 300, Page
212 through 221, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
T}iIS Conveyance is subject to an by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of the
Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and other
matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attac}ied thereto.

4. The Articles of Incorporatior?, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants
` and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc.
a Florida Non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents
run with the land. T}ie Grantee(s) assumes t}?e Obligation of member
of said Property Owner's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall insure to and be binding upon the }ieirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveyed
against all and every person(s) whomsoever, 1<lwfully claiming by, through or under
the Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of such persons
claiming by, throug}i or under the said Grantor, as well as the lawful claims of all
