ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE was heard April 27, 1979, upon the wife's Motion
for Contempt; and the Husband, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., being
present in open court in person, and the Petitioner also being
present in open court in person, and represented by counsel, and
upon the taking of testimony in open court, and the court being
fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR.,
is guilty of willful and direct contempt of this court fcr his actions
in destroying the property of the wife a
tether; for his actions in assaulting and striking the wife; and •

for his continued violations of this court's orders relative to his -
~ violent behavior. •
~ Upon the Respondent, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., admitting in
open court t:~at he had severe problems with depression, and upon the
testimony of the wife as to an alcohol abuse problem; and upon the
court being otherwise advised in the premises, the Respondent is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED to seek and accept psychiatric help for
his problems. Said psychiatric help can be obtained through a
program set up by the private psychiatrist of the Respondent or the
y Indian River t4ental Health Center. Nir. Baker is ordered to comply

with all terms of any treatment or rehabilitation program set up by
his ps chiatrist or by the Indian River Mental Health Center.
