shall report to this Court, for its approval, the actions which he
has taken to comply with this Court Order.

In the event that the Respondent fails to comply with the _
terms of this Court Order, the Court will enter an Order directing
that the Sheriff of St. Lucie County detain the Respondent and
incarcerate him in the St. Lucie County jail for a period of time
to be set by this Court.
CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., is to refrain from harassing the
Wife, trespassing on the property of the wife, going about the 4
person of the wife, striking the wife, or in any manner bothering ~
the wife, and is further ordered to comply with all prior orders
entered by this Court.
The Sheriff of St. Lucie County is ordered to enforce the terms.
of this Order without further Order of this.Court. Should the
Respondent, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., violate any of the terms of
this Order, the Sheriff shall forthwith take the Respondent, ~

CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., into custody and incarcerate him in the

St. Lucie County jail and immediately notify this Judge of the
actions taken.
The respondent, pursuant to his agreement in open court, shall
€ pay to the wife and to her mother, all sums necessary to replace

¢ those items destroyed or damaged by the actions of the Respondent,
~ CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR. The Court shall enter an order requiring
CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., to pay the wife's attorney's fees incurred
~ herein upon the submission of an Affidavit as to Attorney's Fees,
and upon the Court being otherwise advised as to the premises.
The Respondent, CHARLES JOSEPH BAKER, JR., is ordered and directed
to be in the Office of the Honorable William G. Tye, at 1:30 o.m.
on April 27, 1979, to personally receive a copy of this Order from
