O R D E R ~
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard the 27th day of April, 1979, ~
upon the Motion For Contempt And Notice Of Hearing filed by the attorney
for the Wife and the Court having examined the Motion and the Husband-
. ~
having been present in Court and having admitted that he was in contempt ~

- of the Final Judgment rendered in this cause and that he was in arrears
t
in the payment of costs in the sum of One Hundred Nineteen Dollars and.
Fifty Cents ($119.50), and the Court finding that the Husband, JESSIE
CHARLES DENNARD, is in willful contempt of the Court's Final Judgment ;

rendered on December 31, 1977, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows
- -
1. That the Husband, JESSIE CHARLES DENNARD, be, and is here-
by found to be in contempt of this Court's Final Judgment rendered on
~ December 31, 1977, for his failure to pay the sum of One Hundred Nine-
teen Dollars and Fifty Cents ($119.50) to the attorney for the Wife,
~ and. the Husband, JESSIE CHARLES DENNARD, be, and is hereby ordered -
incarcerated in the Saint Lucie County Jail for a term of thirty (30)
days. Provided however, that the sentence of thirty (30) days be sus- -
pended upon the express condition that JESSIE CHARLES DENNARD, pay to
BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Esquire, the Sufi of One Hundred Nineteen Dollars and .
Fifty Cents ($119.50) on or before 5:00 P.M., April 30, 1979. Upon
affidavit by BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Esquire, that JESSIE CHARLES DENNARD,
has failed to pay said sum by 5:00 P.M, on April 30, 1979, this Court
