commanding the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County or the several
Sheriffs of the State of Florida or their authorized deputies
to take JESSIE CHARLES DENNARD into custody and to incarcerate
him in the Saint Lucie County Jail for a term of thirty (30)
days. •
2. That the costs of the hearing in the amount of
Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($7.50) and_attorney's fee in
~ the amount of Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars are awarded to BRAD
CULVERHOUSE, Esquire, and upon BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Esquire's
agreement, JESSIE CHARLES DENNARD, be, and is hereby ordered
to pay to BRAD CULVER~iOUSE, Esquire, said attorney's fee and
costs in the amount of Thirty-Two Dollars and Fifty Cents
($32.50) within thirty (30) days from and including the date
of April 27, 1979. .
