TEMPORARY ORDER '
THIS CAUSE, came on to be heard upon the Motion of the
Wife for Temporary Relief, and the court having heard the
testimony of the Husband and the Wife, each party being
represented by respective counsel and the court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises it is thereupon,
ORDERED and adjudged:
1) The Wife shall have temporary possession of the
marital home located at 601 Atlantic Avenue, Fort Pierce,

Florida.

2) The Wife shall have temporary custody of the minor
r
child of the parties, Ashley Bly Springer, age three (3) years,
subject to reasonable visitation rights to be exercised by
~ the Husband upon reasonable notice to the Wife.
3) The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $90.00 per
week as temporary child support for the minor child of the
parties commencing on the day of ~ A.D.., 1979, and
weekly thereafter until further ordered by this ourt.
