THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion of the
former wife to hold the former husband in contempt for the lack of
payments of alimony in the total sum of $150 and attorney fees of
$100 plus $7.50 court costs.' At the hearing, testimony of the husband
revealed that his present financial status is such that the non-
payment of the aforementioned sums is not willful. It is, therefore

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the former wife, IONE F. TALLEY,
shall have and recover of and from the former husband, MARION COLES #

TALLEY, the sum of $150 plus attorney fees of $100 plus costs of
$7.50 for all of which let execution issue. i
