O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on before this Court upon the Motion for
Contempt filed herein for failure to pay attorney fees and the Court
having heard testimony and being fully advised, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: '
1. That the Husband, JACK HYLICK, JR., is found to be
in willful contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with
'the terms of Paragraph 13 of the Final Judgment entered herein on
August~29, 1978.
2. That as punishment for said willful contempt, the
Husband, JACK HYLICK, JR., is hereby sentenced to serve thirty days

f in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
3. That the Husband, JACK HYLICK, JR., may purge himself
~ by making payments of Seventy-Five ($75) Dollars each and every
~ month together with Two Dollars statutory clerk's fee beginning
May 31, 1979, said payments to be made in cash, cashier's check or
money orders payable to Roger Poitras, Clerk, P. 0. Drawer 700,
Ft. Pierce, F1 33450.
4. That upon affidavit of the law firm of WILLES, BITTAN
& WILLES of JACK HYLICK_, JP..'s failure to comply with the payments,
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall take JACK HYLICK, JR. into
custody to begin serving the thirty days.
