O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion of the
former-wife for an order of contempt for failure to pay lump sum
alimony and attorney fees as ordered in the final decree March 5,
1979. After hearing testimony of the former husband,~it is shown
that the husband is not in willful contempt having paid saki sums
by mail to the wife in weekly installments. Because of his financial
condition, he has been unable to pay said attorney fees. It is,
{ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the former wife have and recover
of and from the former husband the sum of $250 plus $37.50 costs
making a total of $287.50 for all of which let execution issue.
