PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, ELIZABETH A.. MILLER, a resident of
' St. Lucie County, Florida, died on January 30, 1978, and
Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on
the 29th day of March, 197x.
2. Petitioner files herewith twenty-six (2G) Waivers
of Final Accounting and Service of this Petition for Discharge
and Consent to Discharge of the Personal Representative together
with the receipts of all 26 beneficiaries and Consent to
Discharge of the Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by
r~~aking payments or disposition of all claims and debts that
were presented and by. paying all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner. has filed all required estate tax
~
returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the
Department of .Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained
and filed with this Court evidence of satisfaction of this
estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate l;axes.
5. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of
thi s estate as set forth an ref~l~/e,/cjt7~~P/Td i n the receipts of

~ ~ 6. All persons having an interest in this proceeding
have waived service of this Petition and the discharge.
