2. Decedent, HELENF, F.. QUINN, whose last known address was
1005 Parkway East, Utica, New York 13501, died on November 3, 1973, at
Faxten Hospital, Oneida .County, Utica, New York, and at the time of death }
Decedent was domiciled in Oneida County, Utica, T~Tew York.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decrdent, and the axes of
any who are minors, are:
