united States of America, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every iosfance shall include the Mortgagee's successors,
legal representatives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, a»d also in consideration ~ the aggregate sum of money named
in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter descnbed, the Mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,

thereof, as filed in Plat Book 14, Pages 12A through 12G; of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or am said
premises, even though they may be detached or detachable.

IT IS MUTUALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mortgagor, the Mort-
gagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20) years #rom the date hereof and before full payment of this mortgage

and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this
mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may F?e secured by this mort-

gage may decrease or increase from-time to time,'but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not excecck the maximum ,
principal sum of $ 39,600.00 ,together with interest thereon aril any and all disbursements made by the Mortgagee for the pay-
ment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property covered by the lies of this mortgage with interest on such disbursements at the rate speci-
fied in the note referred to in this mortgage, and for reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incun-ed in the collection of any or all of
