AMENDED ORDER
• The question before the Court was whether the final
judgment of dissolution of marriage termenated temporary support
arrearages. After hearing arguments of counsel, benefit of
briefs and otherwise being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the wife shall have and recover F
of and from the husband those arrearages in the sum of Four
Hundred Fifty ($450.00) Dollars for all of which let execution
issue.
