KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned Mortgagor hereby
corrects that certain Mortgage, recorded to O. R. Book 284, Page 2712, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said Mortgage being dated
April 4, 1978, and filed. April 10, 1978, to the original amount of
514,000 00, and being Loan No. 22020307, which Mortgage description is
corrected to read as follows: i
From the point of intersection of the Nest right of way line of
Ridge Haven Road with the South line of Lot 12 of the Subdivision
of RUSSELL ESTATE in Section 28, Townshtp 34 South, Range 40 East, >
as per plat thereof on file 1n Plat Book 1, page i86, public
records of St. Lucie County, Plorida, run thence Nest along the
South line of said Lot 12 and the South line of Lot 13 of said
Subdivision of RUSSELL ESTATE a distance of 309.47 feet for the
Point of Beginning; thence, at right angles with said last line,
run North a distance of 165.84 feet; thence at right angles with
the last mentioned line run West 150 feet; thence at right angles
to the last mentioned ltne run South 16584 feet to the said South
line of-said Lot 13; thence run East 150 feet to the Point of
beginning.

TOGETHER KITH a nonexclusive easement for ingress and easement
over that certain private road known as "Turner Road" particularly
described to that certain Right Of Way Easement dated August 30,
1966, recorded at 0. R, Book 155, page 51, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO an easement over the North 30 feet of fee interest
being mortgaged herein; and also subject to taxes for the current
year, easements, conditions, restricttons and reservations of
record and zoning.
AND the above described Mortgage with Citizens Federal Savings & Loan
Association of St. Lucie County is hereby corrected as set out herein '
