That SHIRLENE CAIRNS, as natural mother and next friend of
DEBORAH CAIRNS, a minor, and SHIRLENE CAIRivS, individually, does -
hereby acknowledge full payment of the Final Judgment heretofore
,entered in said cause; and, the Plaintiffs do hereby request and.
direct the Clerk of the above-entitled Court to cancel and satis-
fy of Record the Final Judgment heretofore entered in said cause,
