transferring to the undersigned the following described real property
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
begin at the Northeast corner of Block 6 of LAMNNOOD ADDITION, as recorded in.
- Plat Book 2, page 16, of the puDltc records of St, Lucie County, Florida; thence
run SOOo30'35" East, along the Kest line of South 19th Street. a distance of
253.78 feet to the POINT OF BE6INNIN6; thence conttnue SOOo30`35" East, a dis-
tance of 16.66 feet; thence run S89o29`25" West, a distance of 120.00 feet;
thence run NOOo30'25" west a distance of 16.66 feet; thence run N89o29'25" 1
East, a dtstence of 120,00 feet to the POINT OF BE6INNTNG,
dogs hereby accept said conveyance according to thn conditions set forth
in the Warranty Deed executed pursuant thereto-and acknowledges that this
conveyance is subject to the provisions of that certain Declaration of
Party t~'alls, rtestrictions, Reservations, Easements and Protective Covenan~
as recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 1724 through 1799, all
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and all actions taken
thereunder. The undersigned understands that each and every provision
of the af_oregoinq documents is made for the benefit of all-owners of
parcels of property described therein and does further hereby ratify
confirm and approve all of said provisions; and agrees to be bound by
all of the saki provisions; and acknowledges and agrees that all of said
